HitchHerd is a public-beta trip planner for RV travelers. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@hitchherd.com.

The service

You can plan trips, roll with caravans and meetups, and message other members. Planning and rolling-with stay free during the public beta. Features, availability, and these terms can change as we grow the herd.

Your account

You must be 13 or older. Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what you post and for the accuracy of your own trip. We may suspend or close accounts that harass others, spam, scrape the service, or break the law.

Your trips

You own the itinerary you write. Sharing it with a caravan, meetup, or friend is your choice. Campground listings may come from you, from public datasets, or from enrichment; they are a planning aid, not a reservation or a guarantee that a park will take you.

Alerts

Push and email alerts use the address on your account; each category can be turned off in Settings. SMS, when offered, is optional. See the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

HitchHerd is provided as-is during beta. We are not liable for missed reservations, routing mistakes, or what other members do on the road. Drive and camp at your own judgment.
